I absolutely love these paints! No one else has the same chemistry as Gapka! For my impressionistic style, they are perfect. I get all the effects that I want from a paint and how it moves with other wet paint around it.

Gapka’s Burnt Sienna is unsurpassed when it comes to pigment richness and quality. I have used other premium brands of oil paints before trying Gapka, and I can honestly say Gapka can hold its own against any of them. Gapka’s Burnt Sienna mix with titanium white and a tiny dab of Veridian, Cad Red, Cad Yellow and Alizarin Crimson will give you a natural looking flesh tone.
Gapka’s raw sienna is one of the best I’ve ever used. This richly pigmented paint is ideal for mixing skin tones.

Lovely paint colours! I swatched them out on what I thought was paper for oil paint but it turns out that it was for acrylic (my bad) so the paper leached the oil out of the paint which then went a bit chalky and hard to smooth over, so don't do that! The colours of the neon set of paints (I bought them all) are so vibrant and beautiful and I can't wait to use them on something non-porous to get a proper idea of their consistency -which seemed beautiful and creamy when they first came out of the tube.

They took a while to arrive, but they look like they are well worth the wait! Packaged well, no leaks. I had a sneak peak at the colours in the tubes when they got here and I can't wait to use them!!
