Wonderful color, but …

The color is beautiful, but the oil isn’t mixed with the pigment. The tube held about 50% pur oil. I had to put the contents of the tube in another container and hand mix it.

Thank you for letting us know about the issues that you had with the copper paint. Mica-based metallic pigments will have a tendency to separate more than more traditional pigments like iron oxides. That being said, you definitely should not be seeing 50% oil in the tube. Please reach out to us at contact @ gapkapaints.com so that we may issue you a refund/replacement and send you a pre-paid return label so that we may inspect any unused copper paint that you have.

Copper Highlights!

I do landscapes in oil. I thought it would be fun to try the copper along with my deep greens and other earthtones. It really does look nice! It’s great finishing touch.
