Shipping policy
We do our best to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout, starting from our home in Allentown, PA. Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Unless you choose a different carrier, we ship everything via USPS. We offer free standard USPS shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 and on all our sample packs.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer international shipping via our website to most of the world. International shipping rates and international duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your final purchase price.
Undelivered packages policy:
- Lost in Transit: "If your tracking shows no updates for 3 days, or shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at contact@gapkapaints.com within 7 days. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package cannot be located after the investigation (usually 5-7 business days), we will provide a full refund or send a replacement.
- Stolen/Delivered Items: If tracking shows 'Delivered' but the package is missing, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect, Gapka is not liable for lost packages.
